Getting started

$0startup fee

The initial consultation is free. No startup fee does not mean laboratory testing or treatment is free.

Pricing terms confirmed with NovaGenix September 10, 2026. Your individual quote confirms the price for your plan; $299 is not presented as a guaranteed maximum.

A treatment plan built around you

We do not use one treatment plan for everyone. Your physician considers your symptoms, medical history, laboratory findings and goals before recommending care. Your budget is part of that conversation, so we can discuss clinically appropriate options and explain their costs.

The prescribed amount of testosterone and any ancillary medications can change the monthly price. A plan with additional medications, such as hCG, may cost more than the starting-price program. These medications are considered individually and are not required for every patient.

Does insurance cover testosterone therapy?

Insurance may cover testosterone therapy for a qualifying diagnosis, but approval does not mean every part of care is covered or that there will be no out-of-pocket costs. Understanding the benefits can take time.

Initial diagnostic requirements are different from monitoring during treatment. Testosterone does not generally need to remain low during successful treatment to justify continued care; your insurer’s specific renewal criteria apply.

Follow-up appointments and repeat bloodwork may involve separate costs. Monitoring is part of appropriate TRT care whether you use insurance or pay directly. Multiple blood tests may be needed in a year. Visit frequency and whether appointments are in person depend on clinical needs and care arrangements.

NovaGenix is a self-pay practice

We do not bill health insurance. We explain your program price and separate lab charges before treatment begins. Self-pay does not guarantee a lower total than insurance, but it gives you a clear price to compare with your expected out-of-pocket costs. Do not assume your insurer will reimburse self-pay services; confirm any out-of-network benefits with your plan.

Compare the complete cost and commitment

A lower advertised monthly price may cover fewer services than you expect. It can still be a good option—ask for a written breakdown before deciding.

Ask about separate charges

  • Initial and follow-up laboratory prices
  • Consultations and prescription adjustments
  • Medication, supplies and shipping
  • Refill or administrative fees

Read the payment terms

  • Minimum commitments and cancellation fees
  • Whether the monthly rate requires a full year paid upfront
  • Remaining balances for medication already supplied
  • Refund terms if treatment changes or stops

These terms vary by clinic. Compare an equivalent scope of care rather than assuming a lower advertised price includes everything.

Questions about TRT pricing

Does everyone pay $129 per month?

No. $129 is the starting price. Your prescribed plan and additional medications determine your quote. Some plans reach $299 per month.

Are labs included?

Lab review is included. Standard laboratory testing is $125 per panel, billed separately. Additional testing may cost more and is explained in advance.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes. We consider your budget alongside your goals, medical history and clinical needs when discussing appropriate options. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

Is hCG included in the starting price?

Do not assume it is included. Additional medications such as hCG may raise your monthly price. We explain what is included in your specific quote.

What happens if I cancel?

There is no cancellation fee. We ask for 30 days’ notice of cancellation or payment of the remaining balance for medications you have already received. Our team can explain the balance and timing for your account.

Can I be seen through telehealth?

Eligible Florida patients may be evaluated by telehealth when clinically appropriate. Read about online TRT in Florida. Laboratory testing is still required.
