You do not travel to Jupiter for laboratory testing.

NovaGenix sends you a blood requisition form. You take it to any Labcorp patient service center in Florida — whichever location is closest to your home, your office, or your route. West Palm Beach has multiple Labcorp draw sites, and you choose among them.

How the laboratory process works

1. You receive your requisition. NovaGenix sends the form directly to you after your initial consultation.
2. You choose your Labcorp location. Any Florida patient service center. No appointment is required at most locations, though scheduling ahead can reduce wait time.
3. You complete the draw. Morning is the preferred time for hormone testing, because testosterone levels vary throughout the day and are typically highest earlier in the morning. Fasting is not required.
4. Results come back to NovaGenix. Dr. Mackey reviews them alongside your symptoms and history, not as an isolated number.

The male hormone panel through Labcorp is $125. This is the standard price for all NovaGenix patients — not a promotional offer, introductory rate, or limited-time discount. Additional testing may be ordered when medically appropriate and may carry separate charges.

If you already have recent bloodwork from any accredited laboratory, NovaGenix can review it. Dr. Mackey will determine whether existing results are sufficiently recent and complete, or whether additional laboratory testing is needed.

Telemedicine for Eligible West Palm Beach Patients

In-person consultation at the Jupiter office is available to every NovaGenix patient. Telemedicine is offered in addition, when Dr. Mackey determines it is clinically appropriate for your situation.

That determination is made case by case. It depends on your medical history, symptoms, laboratory findings, current medications, and treatment goals — and it is made by the physician after appropriate evaluation, not by an intake form or an automated screening.

What telemedicine does not change

Telemedicine changes where a conversation happens. It does not change what responsible treatment requires:

• Appropriate laboratory testing is still required

• A valid prescription is still required
• Ongoing safety monitoring and follow-up laboratory work are still required
